Payment, Delivery, and Return Conditions

1) You can transfer to our Ziraat Bank account (TL) by Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)  2) You can shop on our website with your credit card as an online single payment over iyzico with any type of credit card. For your online payments, your credit card will be charged with the amount after your order is concluded.  For possible order cancellation or order cancellations due to inventory problems, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days.  3) Order Refund  In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; LORD BROTHERS DIŞ TİCARET VE DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will return the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company’s financial authorities.  4) Delivery We make an effort to deliver the products you ordered to cargo on the same day. The delivery time for the products that take time is 3 business days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of delays in delivery. Please notify the address of the current location during the day as the delivery address in order to ensure the delivery of the product without failure. Your requests will be processed at the end of the order to be prepared according to the type of delivery you determine. Products will be sent through the Navlungo Cargo company from our Istanbul-based company. After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 3 (three) business days. You can consult with our customer representative to discuss the different delivery conditions.  5) Payment Tracking If the system is not able to perform the transaction due to any problems, our visitor is informed about this situation at the end of the payment page. In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered. The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by automatic e-mail after the order has been transferred. We also have a responsibility to the bank where we use the credit card system as much as the customer in carrying out the delivery. Please be careful! Please open and check the package in front of the company representative where you think that the package is damaged during shipment. If you think that there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by demanding being made a minute from the cargo company. It is accepted that the cargo company fulfilled its duty completely after the delivery of the product. If the product is damaged: contact 0212 347 32 61 as soon as possible or report the situation to info@glowigo.com. If you perform these operations, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. In this e-mail, if you briefly explain why you would like to return the product, you will help us with our product studies.
